My friend Heather invited us over today to have another Easter Egg hunt. We had to miss their larger hunt yesterday due to our chicken pox situation.
McKenzie is very much into hunting for eggs now. Kaeden was nice enough to brave the pox to come and help show McKenzie what to do.
McKenzie found all her eggs and enjoyed it so much that after her nap the first thing she asked me was to look for eggs again.
After the hunt, we came inside to have lunch. Kaeden helped set up this Easter game. You push the eggs down on their springs and wait for them to pop up. Then you are supposed to catch them in your net. If you are McKenzie, you wait for them to pop up and then laugh like a loon!

Enjoying one of the gifts Heather and Gord placed in the Easter basket they made up for her. This little egg hops around when you wind it up. It has been a large hit...almost as big as the chocolate.

Those are fantastic pictures! I really love the belly laughs! There is nothing better than a childs true laughter. We were so glad to have all of you over.
