Yesterday it was rainy and cold at the zoo and today was sunny and warm...er...if the sun was shining at Calaway Park.
We got there 30 minutes after they opened and the parking lot was half full already. Because of that there was some waiting in lines to be done.
One of McKenzie's favourites. She has been so many times now she asks for certain rides when we get in the gates and this was the first one she asked for.
More waiting.
Get ready, get set.
McKenzie's favourite ride, by far, is the roller coaster. Last time that Mike took her she rode it 7 times. On the last time, the attendant showed her how to raise her arms during the ride. Apparently that is a lesson that stuck. As soon as we sat her in the seat her arms went up. They stayed up while we waited for everyone else to find a seat, they stayed up while the attendant checked to make sure everyone was strapped in and they stayed up for the whole ride. All 4 times she rode it today I overheard other parents giggling about the cutie in pink with her hands up.
Sorry it is so bright but I think you can see how much she is loving it.

Let McKenzie play a water gun game today. Since she is 2.5 and can do it by herself, don't ya know, I played too so this is her $12 fish. Isn't it pretty???
